Would you like to improve your race performances?

We are offering regular training sessions for triathletes and runners at all levels to improve their racing performances. The sessions, listed below, will be tailored to fit around individual race programmes.

Sessions will be held on Monday nights from 6.30 to 7.30 pm at the Millennium Institute of Sport and Health, Antares Road, Albany, New Zealand.
